The NCAVAD is a non-profit organization founded in 1992 by a group of Vietnamese-American
dentists who practiced in the Bay Area. The original reason for forming the organization
was mainly to have a somewhat formal forum for Vietnamese dentists in the area to get
together to socialize, to get acquainted with other fellow dentists practicing in the
local Vietnamese community and to address issues or concerns through communication
and mutual respect.
